I encountered the same issue a few years ago.  The auto and manual radiators are interchangeable.  You just don't use the cooler line for the auto tranny.  Since they are interchangeable, the manufacturers just make one radiator.

Also, DON'T buy a Murray radiator from O'Reilleys'  I went through five of them before I just asked for a refund in Jan 2014 and went to Auto Zone (as I recall) and bought a Spectrum brand radiator.  It was an exact fit and the radiator was also the same thickness as the OEM radiator.  I've had ZERO problems with it.

Check around and go with the Spectrum radiator.  You won't be sorry.

And I have a solid copper heavy duty one in western Washington.  Not much closer to where?

There are 3 radiators "listed" for the Sidekick.  They all have the transmission cooler.  Spectra Premium CU1864 the core is 16 3/4 tall.  CU1118 is 14 3/4 tall and the bottom mounts are 18 1/2 inches wide.  CU1330 is 14 3/4 tall with 17 3/4 inch bottom mounts, but the radiator is about 1/2 inch too wide for my 94 Sidekick.  CU2089 is also 14 3/4 tall with 17 3/4 bottom mounts but is only applicable to Tracker and X-90.  All of the auto parts stores, web sites, forums, and Suzuki dealers all say it is not applicable to my vehicle, but they are all wrong.  Ignore the applicability. One of those four will fit.
