I am running Monroe SensaTrac's for a 04' CRV in the rear. They came with the lift kit and should be decent with lighter springs. BTW the AE kit uses the same rear springs for 2 and 4 dr kick lift kits and would probably be fairly decent on the 4dr as I have a 2dr softie and an additional 300 lbs in back makes for a very nice ride with the tires aired up for the pavement.

How high is it setting now (to the bottom of frame)?  And how much drop does he have?
93 Tracker,XL7 springs & 1" raised spring pads in front with YJ springs in back, home built bumpers rear & front (w/winch), 2" x 4" rock tubes,  ARB front & rear, converted Sami rear to IFS, 33x12.5x15  aluminum rims, roll cage, 2.7L w/5 speed auto.

I am sitting at 14 1/4" between the frame rail and ground at the rear arch and 13 3/4" at the front arch.

 The rear springs are 16" when unloaded and approx 12 1/2"-13" with the kick(+200lbs of sand, no seat or spare) sitting on them.

In case you were talking to me it sits right at 22" at teh back and 22" at the top of the arch in front. The shock is only showing 3" of shaft at ride height so  it has 7" left to drop out. However they are angled back a bit so I think there is a little more at the wheel.
Here it is right now. My driveway angles down a bit so it looks high in the rear. It is almost completley level. We are tearing the car down soon so I havn't done final adjustments on the front. The 125lb springs ride SO much better on the street. I will report back when I flog them a little.


oh also we compared my car to another that has the same kit on it and my front end was a little lower. We came up with the engine being a iron block must be quite a bit heavier. We are going to pump up the pressure in the shocks a tad to see how that does. If it isnt feeling right we may go a little heavier spring up front, but I am trying to aviod that as it rides very nice.

So the 125lbrs ride alot smoother, good to know. Hope ya get a chance to try them offroad soon, waiting to hear that report.

I am working with a 2-3" lift, 4dr. so would you use the 16" 125 and trim to level out the car if needed??

I like the 125# springs but I want it to sit a little lower than most people. I also want soft springs and lots of shock. I have Fox 50/90 on now. Like bob said the 125# lowered the car about 1 3/4" from the 150#. My car also has a 1" body lift so it looks taller.

can you measure the length of the 125lbr rear springs when parked?

I don't have the front springs yet, looking to get a set of the FOA 14" 500lbs, which if like the ranger 500lbs they should give a 2" or so lift.  Was looking to get the front & rear at the same time, but want to level out the car, so that's why the question.  Thinking the 16" can be cut down if needed, or do I need to go with the 18" because of the extra weight of the 4dr.

The 125# in the rear measure out at 13" sitting in my driveway. I do not have a big heavy bumper and just a small 30" spare.

If your only adding 2" to the front the most you would need is 14" rear

I do not know corner weights at all. I know my 2 door race kick weighed in at under 3,000# I dont remember what the exact weight was but it was the lightest of the group.
