I called the Engine shop to let them know what happened and they said take it back off and they will fix it. I guess it pays to go to a good shop. Customer service isn't dead I suppose.
I will torque the caps when I pick it up - at least I will be at the shop if I get in trouble
I think they actually used air tools on the cam cap and did it

If they used an air tool to install the cam cap bolts....then I would not call them a "good shop".
Hopefully, they will make it right. But if they would have done it properly in the first place, they wouldn't have to be fixing it.
Sounds like you are talking about the cam cap bolts, not the actual head bolts. The head bolt torque is up around 50ft.lbs.
