Right now it has a modified Calmini kit and 31's. A all new kit is currently going under it that will drasticly change the ride. Not sure yet how much lift it will have.

Took the kick on its shake down run this weekend at powerfest. right out of the gate I blasted down the gravel with Invicable on board to see what she would do. I had to re-use the Calmini rear springs as my new one's did not come in time. So the rear was pretty stiff. Even so, The front coilovers really soaked up the bumps. I can tell a HUGE difference with the extra couple inches travel, dual rate springs, and adjustability of the front end. I had a few small issues with the cooling fan control, the boost guage line fell on the exhaust and burned through, and the blow off valve fell off it's nipple. Nothing major though.

Dang this car is quick, even with no boost it's faster than my race kick. I can't wait to get the rear springs on and really flog this thing.

also the strut brace is custom for my car because of the audi motor. Bob is working with me to make a "long travel" version of his lift kit right now. We hope to see 13-15" of travel at the front. We already have seen over 13" at the rear with minimum mods.

Prototype rear

Need to move the shock mount up a little, and get softer springs.

So it's a kit? When you say development  stage are you implying it will be Avalable for purchase some time?

It's available for purchase now. Kreator is working on a longer travel version and I am one of his test mules. We will be changing a few things on this particular kit to suit my special needs car and driving style.

He offers serveral varietys. You can get a complete kit with coilovers, or a kit without coilovers(you use struts and springs). His front arms also are 1" wider and move foreward 1". The rear is also 1" longer. You can PM Kreator on here or I can PM you his phone #. The Coilovers are custom machined to work on a kick so you can't just get any old set. It is more expensive than Calmini's kit with the coilovers, but I prefer the ride quality in this kit. Just my .02

You can also order it in red and get the rear end put together without the 1" of rear spacing if you want.  :D

old thread but here are some updates for the few guys who still visit forums. I have had my buddy bob fab up a 3 link to install a 9" out of a 77 bronco.

It is only a few inches wider than the stock kick rear end

I also had him put in a GV steel front end

I have yet to re gear the 9" to match the GV 4.30. Right now I can say I need a clutch upgrade as the centerforce slips under high boost. I also need a master cylinder upgrade with the larger wheel cylinders on the 9"

You have a three link in the rear?  In the photo I see two upper links and one lower link.  I know the other end of the rear end isn't just hanging out there without any linkage.
I am interested in your setup.  It looks like your lower links go to the outside of the frame ?  How does it handle on highways, and higher speed backroads?  I have heard that it enjoys being pushed, but how does the linkage perform?
