With all due respect, if such a diagram were available, would you be able to understand it?  After three plus decades working with micro computers & electronics, I'd be hard pressed.  One of the reasons I ask this, is even without such a diagram, a person with a background in electronics would already have been able to identify the injector driver(s) by tracing the wwiring harness back to the ECU, and through the connector.

A few more questions ...

1)  Does the check engine light come on?
2)  Have you checked for codes?

More than likely the leaking capacitor has damaged one or more copper traces on the circuit board.  What you have to do is do continuity checks from one point to another on all the components that surround the leaking capacitor, to find the damaged trace(s) and fix them.
I have fixed several trackick and samurai ECMs and almost all of them have had trace damage that had to be repaired, before the ECM would work properly.
Did you ever get the spare ECM from your buddy to try?  If not, I would do that first, to make sure it is an ECM problem.  Otherwise, you are just guessing and may be wasting your time.

Oh yeah, I think that was another guy that I was helping that was gonna borrow an ECM from his buddy.
But don't you have another EFI samurai that you can borrow the ECM out of to try?
Do what you want, but I would take EFI over a carb any day.  Yeah, sometimes EFI can be a PITA to troubleshoot/fix, but in the end it is still 100x better than a carb, IMO.

Have you got a spark? is the noid light showing that its injecting? The injector circuit is quite complex with the injector current controlled primarily by a hybrid circuit (MA3556) with the processor controlling the injector pulse width.
