I recently bought a samuri buggy. I ran when i brought it home i took that battery out for winter and now i put it back in and i have no juice what so ever. It has a push button starting syestem with a toggle. when i jump that starter the bendix does not engage on the flywheel to turn the motor over. It is a brand new starter installed. Let's start with "no juice whatsoever".

That points to the battery being defective or not connected - have you tested the battery?

Did you by any chance connect it backwards when putting it back in?

Samurais have a fusible link that may blow if you do that, causingthe symptoms you are having.

Get a meter or a test light and start troubleshooting - do you have 12V at the battery?  at the alternator output lug?

If it's simply a matter of the key not working there is a 4-wire plug under the dash you can use to bypass the key.  Comes in handy if you don't have a steering wheel lock and you forget your keys.
