The extended cab is a nice look.  :)  With that color it reminds me of the old Fords...

That is a cool idea to bob a hardtop. do you have any pics of the back? I am curious as to what the tube work looks like in the rear. Nice job that is a very clean looking custom zuk!

water"proofed" factory airbox
noisy a/c compressor   (courtesy of deep muddy water :P)
weak alternator  (thanks again water! ::)
BFG M/Ts on 15x8 "D" windows collecting dust in spare bedroom
Jeffs 1.5" and 2" spacers coming soon!!!!
96' Tracker 4-door, 16v, auto, open front, limited slip rear, Jeff1997's 2" lift with diff spacer, 95' mustang shocks, Calmini axle truss, BFG 30x9.5 mud-terrains on 15x8 "D"-windows, trimmed and banged fenders and bumpers, radio shack CB, Tom Tom GPS, 100w KC lights

They actually work quite well, plenty of heat.  I also have a block heater that helps keep the motor just warm enough to start it right up, I so love my Samurai.

Now I'm just jealous Bruce, sounds like a place I'd like to live.  I'd much rather have my Bikini top on year round than to deal with snow, wish it was Spring time already so I could take the doors and top off.
I would like to say that I really like Lockman's Samurai.  Looks like something I would really like to do except with a diesel under the hood.

Tires: 35x12.50 BFG Mudders
Wheel/Backspacing: Alum junk yard special
Body Lift: Home made 2.5"
Suspension Lift: Home made laythed down from plastic stock to give me 2.5 n aftermarket rear shocks
Front Axle: 26 Spline and bigger brakes stolen out of a later model junk yard donor.
Rear Axle: Bone Stock and takes a beatin
Recovery: Waren 9000# winch laying on the garage floor
Custom: Tube doors, home cut and grown wheelwells, and other nifty secret treats. Resembles a Princess Leya escape pod.
Communications: Hand signals, yelling, screams, headmovment and smoke.
Tunes: Dog howling in back seat, wife screaming in co-pilot cockpit

All for under $3k. Check out the video of the battle with an $11k Polaris RZR that said he could go anywhere I could.
