how does the 8" sound?

Like crap.  it came out of a old home tower.  I have it hooked directly to the CD (settings applied to direct only bass to the rear) unamped, no bass-blockers up front so whatever frequencies the sub puts out decent bass is canceled out by the blown fronts.

But it fits under the passenger seat which saves precious cargo space  ;D

I kinda want to stick 6" mid-bass' (aka: mini-woofers) under each seat, powered by either a small amp or a pair of boosters...

Guess it's time for an update.
Mine used to looke like this

But since I have lifted another 2" messed with the springs. Got my 33's on. New bumpers. Put on my winch/rock lights/offroad lights/paint and probably a couple other things I can't think of.
 Now looks like this

LED rock lights

Yota axles welded rear
33" Baja Claws

hoping for:
looking forward to a "true" 4" suspension kit made by zukination.com w/ new longer control arms, diff drop bracket, and new rear links plus the struts, shocks, coils
custom safari rack
winch

Good luck on the Zukination kit...I waited 2 months after being told it would be ready in a couple of weeks (that was 6 months ago)...which was the same story my buddy was told over a year ago. Then when they told me the price, I almost shat myself.

Go talk to Clay at Evolution, they will make you one that is similar to the trailtough setup, for around the same price. They do awsome work. Wish I did that instead of buying the Calmini kit. ::)

this is the shop in calgary right?
