anyone interested in a 4 headlight front grill setup?
« on: December 16, 2011, 09:12:24 PM »
I am thinking of making a 4 round headlight system with turn lights & a custom fiberglass grill like in the picture, looking to see if there is any interest in this to start making them.  Let me know what everyone thinks

Also working on a overhead console like the Chevy astro vans, that will have a elect. oil pressure & volt gauges, compartments for sunglasses, garage door opener, or registration papers, 4ea. eyeball lights & a large dome light.  Will fit 4dr. & 2dr tin top sidekick

Any Intrest?

I've been thinking about a 4-headlight system, so I'd be interested.

I have kinda put the 4 headlight system on hold for now because of lack of interest, it seams like if it doesn't make more power or let you fling mud higher then there's not any one interested...LOL  still looking to make one for my 4dr. so will let you know if I get anything made up.

As far as the overhead console got one mocked up & installed, but found it will require cutting holes in the headliner, & it blocks some of the rear view mirror, so would have to glue a new mirror on the windshield, I didn't want to cut my headliner, because it's a 4dr. & there not that easy to find if I needed to replace it....so that's is still in the development stage.  Still trying to keep the stock mirror, because that one of the mounting points, & not cut into the headliner.......work in progress

Thanks for the interest though.

I already have an old set of stock BMW headlights from my brothers 88 BMW 325 along with his old grills... just haven't gotten the engine build finished yet to bother with fitting the lights.

Here's a photoshop I did... don't have the bumper anymore tho. You could just run LED turns for trailers in the bumper.
