I know they are going to bash me for saying this... BUT with the engine running rub a candle on the belt. It made my belt stop squealing. And for Gods sake, be careful.

Wouldn't putting wax on the belt make it prone to slipping?  Yeah, it probably won't squeak when it slips, but I would bet it would slip worse than with no wax on it.
Just put a new belt on.

Belts don't always "look" bad.  I would bet it is the belt slipping.  Either replace the belt, or try tightening it a little tighter.

I did a google search on wax and a squeaking belt.  Sounds like it works and doesn't make the belt more prone to slipping.  Interesting.

You've been told twice already - I'm going to make it thrice - replace the belt.

The belt is squealing because it is slipping under the load of the alternator as it tries to restore the energy just taken from the battery to start the engine.

A belt can "feel" tight when it in fact isn't.  You can measure it by
deflection is best IMO. Google it. If it measures out in spec then
replace the belt for sure.

Replaced belts but the noise still remains.  Today I started the Zuk and it made the whistling\squeal for 4 minutes while warming up.  When I drove away it made the noise and then it stopped when I was at a light or stop sign but when I accelerated it would squeal and when I was at an idle it stopped.  After another 5 minutes it stopped all together.

A/C Compressor maybe?

I'm not familiar with that motor but does it have an idler pulley for the a/c? Does the sound change or go away when you turn the a/c on?

Make it tighter than you think it needs to be.  Suzukis are very finicky about belts.  They dont seem to like Gates and Dayco.  Import belts like Bando may be better.  Every time i replace a belt on a Suzuki I have the same problem and have to put it on really tight.

The only time the AC compressor has drag on it is when the AC is on.  So if it is squealing and the AC is off, then it isn't the AC compressor.
Did you replace both belts, or just the AC/PS one?  In my experience, the AC/PS belt will not squeal unless the AC is on, or the belt is obviously too loose.  The alternator/water pump belt is the one that will be the one that will squeal, if you have a sqealing belt.
Did you clean the pulleys before you put the new belt on?  If there was some oil or something on the pulleys, then that can cause a belt to slip and squeal.  If you didn't clean the pulleys (I use brake cleaner and compressed air), then the oil would have gotten onto the new belt.
But my guess is that you either replaced the wrong belt, or if you replaced both of them, you didn't get the belts tight enough.
