No, the Samurai has a divorced transfer case where the Trackers have a married one. The output shaft on the 2wd transmission matches the output shaft on the Samurai transmission though.

The Samurai Transfer Case also has a gear reduction in high range, one of the only boxes to do so. But it is custom fabrication and the rear axle is off-set. So experiences will vary.
