Low range off road review
« on: July 21, 2011, 10:51:45 PM »
I wanted to let everyone know about my recent experience with low range. I just purchased a master rebuild kit from them as well as a few other items that I needed. I have to say that these guys are awesome!!!  When the UPS truck pulled up today with my order I was super excited. Everything was packaged in one box and it was all packaged well. There where literally more packing "peanuts" in the box than would fit in a five gallon bucket. The guys at low range have been willing to answer all my questions and seem very knowledgeable. I would definatly reccomend them for your next purchase. All the parts for the rebuild came from Rock and they seem to be of great quality.

I have ordered from Low Range a few times with only one issue.

They sent me the wrong part one time and they wouldn't eat the mistake and overnight me the correct part.
Kinda frustrating that I had to pay for the mistake they made to get a part overnighted.
Every company makes mistakes but how they fix the mistake is what seperates the good from the great companies.

AND, yes I have ordered from them after this one and only problem, and will continue to order from them.

I have ordered the most parts from Trail Tough and I have never had a single problem or mistake.

IT'S A REAL KKKRAPPER WHEN ......ORDER WHAT YOU WANTED...... 'And.....Oh You didn't SAY THAT MODEL or YEAR!!!
OH Yeah, ......I UP FOR DOUBLE COMPOUND CUSSING !!!

But I get over it, .......Drink a couple of "Leinie's" and critique the rest of the gang on "Their Day !!"
And .....IT ALWAYS GREAT TO OFFER  ......A AWSOME GREAT SPOTTER AVAILABLE POSITION......

I got several stickers tossed in with my order!! Now I've got to get a new windshield so I can put the one on my truck that goes across the top of the windshield.

I spent over $1200 witih Low Range on front & rear Calmini bumpers.  Rear bumper was screwed up but did not realize it til after install.  Calmini shipped me another.  I had to pay to have the first one removed and the second one installed.  Went to order $300 worth of Sami springs and asked Low Range if he could offer me ANY kind of discount on this order since the first order cost me so much.  He said none of the issues with the first order were his fault so he could not offer me anything!  Just my tough luck.
So I went back to Trail Tough for the Sami springs.  They matched Low Range's price AND gave me a free TShirt!  Better than Low Range $ & I hadn't just given them a $1200 sale with issues!!!  This was my only experience with Low Range and taught me    TRAIL TOUGH ROCKS!!!!

I have ordered several times from them and had an issue one time, but it wasnt their fault but a miscommunication with their supplier who drop shipped an incomplete/incorrect part(and the supplier made it right). I will order from them again with no reservations at all!
