I need new rear shocks for my Calmini tracker!

I put a set of 96 F150 rear shocks on my truck and they are nice and long for flex, but are super rough. Is there a softer shock out there?

I found the F-150 shocks were way too long, I went with a set of Crown Victoria
shocks, mid 90s era, but I also hear that Mustang shocks don't need the bottom
bolt hole mod to fit the Track Kick stock lower shock bolts

I used 95 rear mustang shocks.  They offer a decent ride, and per Wilds comment, they bolt right in no need to modify the bottom mount.

make sure you are getting the elcheapo shocks. (just hydraulic) not gas charged. that will help with the ride allot!!

Jluck,

Do you have a specific shock brand and type in mind?  Everything I find is gas charged....  I am all for some straight up damping--that is it..

not really, I just went to autozone. they offered both types. like a dumb ass I thought "HD" must be better. wrong! then I got some calmini ones with a used kit and they are not gas charged. If I remember I will look at them closely too see who actually makes them and get a part #.
