To keep the alloy housing in one piece use loc-tite and check
them for backing out.
I pulled the threads out of one of the 3 holes, so I used the mig
and some aluminum wire, welded the hollow pocket solid drilled and
taped oversize holes, used longer bolts, but watch they don't poke
into the diff, and loc-tite them in, no more problems for years now.
The original design was weak with it being a hollow pocket between
the bolts, but a little over engineering and it's a good unit, the 3rd
however needs support or it will break under the right conditions
