87 tin top, water leakage on front floor

I HAVE AN 87 TIN TOP, AND WHEN IT RAINS I AM GETTING WATER DRIPPING FROM SOME AREA BEHIND DASH.  I HAVE SEALED WINDSHIELD GASKET TO GLASS, AND ALSO TO BODY. I HAVE ALSO REPLACED WIPER WASHERS. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS WHERE WATER MAY BE COMING FROM!

There may be a vent drain clogged with sediment
