You could put larger coil and strut spacers in. That will get you 2" of lift. You could also use lift springs for another 2" and smaller spacers to stay about 3" total.

i used jeff's spacers(jeff1997), but still needed to lift the body slightly and modify the front wells some to make my 31's fit.
'89 kick w/little motor, still got pieces of jeff's pucks, stan's sticks into 4.24:1 tcase, 31x10.5x15's, rear lockrite, kick power steering, some radios(kj6esv), bmw seat, other changes just because. done on the cheap.

When you say that you can't turn all the way, do you mean that your tires are hitting the rear of the fender wells or the frame?

how do you spacers run price wise and how easy are they to install?

A set shipped to you for a 94 would be $140 in US or $155 to Canada. That includes 2-1.5" coil 2-1.5" strut and 2-2" coil spacers. The 1.5" are up front and 2" in rear. You need to get longer shocks for the rear but that is it.
