At the time I went, several years ago, John Bull was one of the roughest
trails I had been on, but this was before low gears and I had the 33s
with stock gears (4.62s) and the turbo, but the power still wasn't enough
to get up some stuff at the high altitude .

I'd like to do it again, but the truck is still in parts   :(

Hey Ha Hozers,

Ya gotta help this displaced "Yooper" out.
I know its a small world, but let the rest of us in on what part of the world your event is in!!
Country---State/Providence----Nearest Town--- Last if not least a GPS Longs & Lats!!

I do usually flat tow my "Timber Cruiser" (87 Sammy) to the pipeline jobs I work on in the U.S. & Canada. I am currently working out of Elko, Nevada. I am from North Central Wisconsin, and was raised in the U.P. of Michigan.

Hey Wild,

Thanks, I checked it out on site you gave!
It's just out of my limited (Only Sundays Off) Travel Range from Elko, Nevada!!

Also my "Timber Cruiser" would be struggle-ing on 31x10.50x15, semi-stock 1.3 8V, 4.9/1 transfer case on stock axles & 4+ lift.
More into the Exploring, as the locals call it here, "Your Going Out into the Wild", checking old mining digs, ghost towns not on maps, old abandoned cemetaries, taking old trails till you can't go no more, etc.
