For Lift Experts: how is this lifted???
« on: January 25, 2011, 02:44:07 AM »
so I've founded this lifted Tracker pic on the web and I really like it.
but after reading over 21 pages regarding lifts on this forum,
there are so many combination possible to lift our rides.
one can go mad trying to figure out how a certain vehicle is lifted.

so for all the members with lift knowledge and experience,
could someone please tell me the set up on this Tracker:

lift type?
tire size?
wheel spacer?
etc?

some help would greatly be appreciated!
thank you all in advance  ;)

hard to say for sure from that photo, but judging by the visible frame rails i would guess it's got a body lift.

maybe 29" tires?

That was my guess, and for exactly that reason - but I'm not a lift expert ;)

It's a "buffy" looking little Tracker though!  It looks good.  I've said it before, but.... I don't know why Suzuki and/or GM didn't put beefier tires, gears and springs on these trucks when they designed them right out of the assembly plants.  They are just naturally designed small recreational vehicles with tons of potential.  Especially in light of the ever increasing fuel costs.  I suppose Consumer Reports would have been rolling it on purpose and attempt to kill it completely like they did the Samurai.  I've never tried of course, but I am convinced I could roll a Corvette. Big deal!   You can't fix stupid but you can blow millions of dollars trying.

Thanks guys for your reply.  ;)

I know from a pic is really hard to tell what's on it,
but I sure would like to know.

Really like the way it looks and I'm want to do the same.  >:D

So if someone could kick down some knowledge, that would be great!!!

and jeff1997:  I am thinking about it   :-\
