2000 GV rear bump stops
« on: November 25, 2010, 09:43:52 PM »
Does any one know what size the studs are(thread size&pitch)on the rear bump stops on a 2000 GV. I'm looking to fab up some 2" spacers to install at the same time I install the lift and other parts I have been collecting. Thanks for the info.

wow, I just installed the 1.5" spacers from bits4vits just last night... but I didn't measure the size or record the thread type....
I'd suggest maybe send them an email?

The bump stop is held in place by a M10 retaining stud. The retaining stud needs to be shortened to 10mm long. The spacer then threads on to the standard bump stop. The supplied M10 x 25 studs are then threaded into the spacer and then re-installed in the vehicle.
This was from a previous thread
