OK going to do a wrangler spring swap at end of month I have stock Yj sprints but can get 2 inch lift one that are brand new for cheap. Witch ones should I use?  Running 33x13.50 toyos with spring over already.

IMO, lifted YJs with SPOA will be too tall for 33s.  Just run stock YJs.

from what I've seen, the lifted yj's are too stiff for the samurais. I'd run stock springs, especially if you're planning on running the 33's.

I run stock YJ's with 34's, its a perfect amount for them.
Just make sure you run bump stops.

Ok going with stock YJ springs that I have. On problem is one of the rear five pack springs has a broken main leaf. Can I take the main leaf from a front four pack spring and use it for the rear five pack spring? And was planning on use Sky kit for rear.

Yjs are normally all over the place.  Jeep shops always have stock springs piled up.
I would try and find a replacement spring first.  Simple fix

Not many if any Jeep shops around Albany Oregonthat I know of. So would it be better to use front four leaf pack in rear instead of five pack? My Sammy has the spring over with stock rear springs up front and axle moved two inches forward, the rear has two inch lift Sammy springs, rides like a brick and don't flex to good in rear. Any opinions?

It depends on your build, some find that the 4 pack is a little to light.  One thing you will probably want to look into is a traction bar on the rear.  It doesn't take much to s-curve the longer softer springs.

Traction bar sounds good anyone have some good tried and true ideas or pics of them?

Well took family for ride last night and noticed Sammy sags pretty good in rear with people in back seat. Thinking I should go ahead a make a six pack leaf for rear. Any thoughts on this idea?

I took a 5 pack set and cut the eyes off of another main leaf and slid the second main leaf into the 5 packs making them 6 pack springs. It added a little lift and now no axle wrap and no need for a trac bar.

The best springs I've found for this exact issue are fullsize Jeep Wagoneer fronts... They are 1 1/2" longer from center to shackle end, still very soft, control axle wrap very well, still mount exactly the same way, yet are supple and compliant just like the YJs...
