Then I added a samurai t-case with 4.16:1 gears in it,
a front axle out of a Jeep Wagoneer
a rear axle out of a Jeep Cherokee Chief
both axles have ARB air lockers and 5.13:1 ring and pinion gears
Sky manufacturing High Steer Kit
Toyota IFS steering box
straight 4 link suspension with panhard bars
Air bags for springs
and a bunch custom brackets, they don't call me Mr Bracket for nuthin...  ;)

nice build.  You have any pics of the suspension and how you mounted it?

I didn't do a very good job of taking build pics on this project....

Here is one picture that should point out some of the details.

Right on.  Just asking because i know there's some interest in different ways of making a 4 link suspension.  how'd the front mounting work out?  same as rear?  thanks

Yes, the front is a mirror image of the rear.  I even made the links all the same length, well the lowers are the same front and rear as are the uppers.  Obviously the uppers are shorter than the lowers...

I only used rubber bushings on the ends of the links for now.  Wanted to test out the suspension before investing in flex joints.  It turned out better than I thought, the pic of it all flexed out above is with rubber bushings.  When the rubber bushings wear out, I'll invest in some nice flex joints.

are you running a pan-hard bar in both the front and rear?

Yes, it was actually "more" important on the front, as the steering would try to push the axle side to side.  With non triangulated links like this set up, you have to run pan-hard bars or the axles can move side to side.
