When you reply to a thread or create a thread there is an "additional options..." button right below the text box.  There you will find an "attach:" box with a browse button. Click on that and then file surf like always. When you post, the image will be uploaded and displayed.

I like "Rocky's" wheels.

Rocky's wheels are the optional "Tacoma" wheels, installed by the importer (Intercontinental Equipment Company, or IEC, of San Diego).  I actually prefer the military style, as these are a bit too wide (15x7) for my liking, but these are the wheels it came with, so they remain.
