samurai horn relay

 took out the horn and connect it directly to the battery it worked fine so now i went on to test the horn wires with the test probe had some body push the horn button but i did'T GET ANY POWER WAS THINKING IF IT COULD BE THE HORN RELAY BUT DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS LOCATED CHECKED FUSE IT WAS GOOD ALSO.

It is most likely a switch issue.  On the SJ there is 12v applied to the horn and it grounds out through the steering wheel.

Most of the Suzuki electrical system works like that, the switched
side is the ground, the wires are "hot" all the time

I disasembled the steering wheel yesterday  hooked up the horn and grounded out the wire on the steering wheel but nothing  should there be power on the steering wheel wire then i have an 1988.5 sammie and also should i discard  the idea of the horn relay been bad.
