Put the taller ones on the back and the shorter ones up front.
This is a real nice easy lift, won't take long, makes the truck look
a little taller but you can keep the stock shocks and struts, unless
you get the bug for more articulation, then you will end up doing
a few more mods  ;D

The best way to get the fronts in is to undo both CV's and the steering arm. This will allow the A arm to drop all the way. Compress the spring, put it back in and jack the A arm back up to the spring. It is TIGHT but all will go back. Oh yeah you will have to undo the brake lines also.

I've done it a few times.  Dropping the steering rack (4 bolts) is easy and helps a ton.

You said rubber coil spring boosters?  Probably not rubber, but kinda soft-ish?  They'll last for a while, and then herniate, taking away some of the lift and throwing off your alignment.  I'll never use them again.  Jeff's spacers are great.

I had the same issue on my first set of spacers, I think if you put the spring isolater below the softer spacers they might hold up better.

I have had my springs out a lot, and for me the easy way was to disconnect the sway bar, the lower strut mounts, and release the brake line clip so it can move (did not have to disconnect the brake line).  Then you can push the A arm down far enough to put longer springs and a spacer in.  (If you do you won't have any droop left.)
After you have raised it enough, and installed strut spacers (to get some drop back in the struts) you can go out and blow your CV's.

How much is enough???  How much articulation is enough???  How big of tires???  How much fun???

Jeff's spacers are better than the rubbery ones, but if you already have them, then install them long enough to figure how much better it would be if it was just ? ? ?
