The easiest way to find these articles is to go to Ack's FAQ (

transfer case. In the resulting list of articles, you'll find at least two solutions.
The actual fix costs less than $20 - shipping included - from Zuks Offroad (

Zukers have purchased Samurais with "locked" tcases for next to nothing and fixed them for next to nothing...
