ZOR is charging me just an extra $100.00 for the tube work plus shipping . He said he is going to do a mock up and send pics to my e-mail and if I like it he'll ship them separate too save a lot on shipping . I guess the shipping is a lot more on larger items not just the weight on it . I will still have to fab. the included brackets to fit my Sidekick Sport model and who knows when I'll get my 2 inch body lift I ordered from Rocky Road Outfitters last month .

damn... i wish i would have known that... i was wanting the shorkworks bumper with the light guards and went with the Zor for the price and avail. if i would have known about the light guards i would have got them too!

any way they are willing to build more light guards as seperate (might get them and mount it up to the bumper i already have here...

Give him a call over there at ZOR , He said he can bend up anything I want with his fancy tube bender . I told him I just wanted something similar to the old Shockworks bumper . When he sends me the pics of the bumper he's making of me , I'll try posting them on here . He said it's going to be a week or so before he has the time to start my bumper .

Light guard, stinger, hitch - and he'll do custom one-off stuff too if you ask real nice. You'll need to have it welded - if you don't have welder, you should be able to pay a guy locally to weld it on for a few $$$

Looks like he does good work and is a good looking bumper. Although I would want the corner tubes to go out as far the fender, making them a functional fender guard to protect your front corners. It would also lengthen the bumper about an 1-1/2" either side. This would allow better vision as the lights in the front would be less concealed.

Maybe on the next batch of front bumpers I can see about widening the bumper ends. It only took 5 trys for my sub fabricator to get them this way, LOL! The dang thing is already 63" from tip to tip.

whats it going to cost to get the grille guard made up (can be seperate to ship, i can weld it together here, just dont have the skill behind a bender...) or whats the shipping to have it assembiled as an upper section (to have welded to my bumper here)
