I homefabbed my dual zuk t'case setup and maybe only spent 100 bucks on steel and the tig welding. It works well but it's not for the light hearted. Alot of trial and error was involed, thus it took me almost all winter to do
parts you'll need:
1) trac kick motor or lower block or a 1.3 to kick tranny adapter
2)trac kick tranny/t'case
3)front or rear kick driveshaft
4) lots of metal for fabbing mounts
5)aluminum plate
special tools you'll need:
1)mig welder
2)tig welder
3)chop saw
4)cherry picker(couldn't hurt!)
5)angle finder
6) did I miss anything else?
what you need to do:
1)extend your wheelbase at least 9 inches in the rear
2)chop off the front output off the kick t'case after removing the chain drive
3)tig weld the case shut so no oil leaks out
4)narrow the kick driveshaft as short as possible (intermediate shaft)
5)build the mounts for your new drivetrain (get creative)
6)extend the sammi front driveshaft
7) cut out you tranny tunnel to make room for the new gearshifters
this is a basic coverage of what your up against, there are more factors to aknowledge when doing this setup, some even to consider if you decide spend the money on the OTT kicker instead, so all I can say is think and plan it through and if you got any more questions you can send me a PM
