Unless your blowing up rear gear sets, I wouldn't bother with the hybrid rear. You loose a bit of clearance on the rear end and, if your running heavy duty front axles, you loose the ability to have one spare differential for both the front and rear.
The amount of money you spend on the hybrid rear can be spent on getting the proper lower gears instead. Unless you have a free set of Tracker gears laying around or, as I did back in the day, you bought a set of Tracker gears thinking they will just drop in it's really not worth it. That is just my opinion.
I say go with the 6.5:1 like Amillia said. You will max out in low range around 20-25, but have all the power you should need.
No matter what you do with the gears, if you have a spring over lift do yourself a favor and get a traction bar for the rear end now. I just toasted another set of rear springs last time out. With good gearing and 33" tires you will s-curve your rear springs when doing hill climbs. And probably rip your spring pads off of your axle tube at the same time.
