SO for the tease. I have just a plain jane* rear with a Class 3 receiver option that tucks way up and out of the way. I was going to add a skid plate but the receiver support bar turned out to do a fine job of protecting the rear of the tank already. D-rings not a problem. With the frame bars that support the rear there is plenty of strength to use D-rings. As soon as the pics are taken I plan on removing the shell and beginning the 2 door version. After I am happy with that I will post pics and begin work on the swing away tire carrier.
Current pricing I am hitting is $250.95 for plain jane and $79.95 for the add on receiver (when sold with bumper). The reciever is bolt on, no welding. Can be added anytime. Can also be used with stock fiberglass bumper if you cut a slot for the reciever.
Tire carrier will be a frame and bumper supported bolt on. Can be added anytime to the ZOR kick bumpers.
The only thing I am not showing is the diamond plate cover plate that goes across the top of the bumper and bolts into the tub. That optional part will be flat for stock body height or z bent for 1",2" and 3" body lifts.
*By plain jane, I mean the bumper can be installed with out the receiver. I am trying to come up with a name for it, any suggestions?
Rear Kick/Tracker bumpers ordered now will be delivered by end of year or they will be free to paid buyers. 2 door & 4 door fronts available to ship now.
The 2 door version is going so well that I began work on the Tire Carrier. This is a pic of the main post (I know the grade 8 bolt is to long) & angle support tubing.
