A premptive reminder of what is contained in the "welcome" message for this forum...
"...Second, vendor "bashing" or negative information threads should be considered a thing of the past for this forum. If you are having problems with a vendor contact them directly. However, if you like what they have done for you please share with our group."
Please keep is concise, accurate, and civil.
Thank you, Eric
The way I read what you posted is, we can give any and all the praise to a vender here but if we have a problem we can not bring it here. Is that corrrect?
If that is the case, how do the newbies know who to deal with and who to stay away from?
And a couple of things about this. We are not "Vendor bashing", we are stating our dealings with said dealer. If said dealer was forth right and truthfull with the buyer I am sure these posts would not be bashing the dealer.
The way this company treats the customer is pathetic. And they have been doing this for over ten years.
I have dealt with rro many years ago and had to deal with them directly. At that time they were one step ahead of cal-minitruck. It seems like cal-minitruck has stepped it up a bit in the last ten years.
