I would just call Hawk Suzuki Parts and tell them the bolts you need.  They usually will ship it out that day.  They have shipped more then a few bolts to me based on "that one bolt" being the description.

And he is really patient, especially when these kinds of parts calls rarely run over 15$.  I know from experience.

I don't think you guys read the post correctly. On the first one he states he needs to tap the holes! I don't think Hawks bolt will help him do that!LOL!

As for the proper thread size I'm not sure. Swapping the rear end is pretty straight forward and not very difficult. The real pain is the trailing arm bushings get seized to the bolts. Also make sure your new rear end gear ratio matches the front. All in all it would be easier to tap the four holes than change the rear.

The bolts are shouldered so you should be able to measure the shoulder on one of the broken bolts. They will be either M8 x 1.25 or maybe M10 x 1.5, I would just buy the bolts from Hawk and then measure them.

thats prolly what i will do probably just order that and find out the tread size and tap them and the reason i am swaping rear ends is that i have one that i welded

Yep, missed that he needed to re-do the threads.  I thought he just sheared the bolts off.

I think you are referring to the "limited slip additive" that I was referencing earlier......it is not to increase friction in the clutch plates (I thought the same thing for awhile), it is to make it so they don't chatter.
