I like how it wraps around the folding shackles.  Nice touch.

Thanks Bud. It is the only way I know to build a front bumper and it come straight off of the frame with missing links.

Update:

front bumper is done........it is primed and ready for paint. rear bumper is painted and ready to be bolted up & install lights.

Picked up the 1/4" thick aluminum plate. I will be using this to mount the seats.

I got the computer back yesterday from Jim and I tried starting it up, but it wouldn't start. I am going to change out the ignitor after work today. If that doesn't work...........Lord knows what else I can check. We narrowed it down to either the computer or the ignitor...... we will see tonight.

If I get a chance I will have pics tonight of the bumpers.

After some time checking / re-checking & untaping the harness. It came down to a ONE wire pulled out of the squeeze on. After the event I will be soldering all NEW connections.

Radiator will be installed tomorrow so I can run it longer and make sure everything works right.

Didn't get the radiator installed, but got the in cab winch control all hooked up.

- momentary toggle (springs back to off position) (up = winch in / down = winch out)

- normal (off / on) toggle.......power to momentary toggle

belts & radiator will be installed tomorrow and I willg et tags Monday  :)

Wow, amazing one wire... & make you go mad to find it... glad to hear it wasn't anything major though. G/l with the rest of the build.

Thanks man !!

Only thing really left to do is the upper shock mounts. I purchased the shocks to long for the rear and I don't have time to get new ones so I am actually cutting out a small area in the rear fender's to extend the top of the shocks a little. doesn't bother me much cause they are going to end up being this way later on anyhow............when I comp cut the rig.
