Saggy springs? 92 Kicks
« on: December 05, 2007, 03:57:59 PM »
I have a 92 Sidekick 2d softtop 5sp.
I am going to do a lift in Feb planning 1.5" front and 2" rear.  got it all planed out.
Just looking at the front end she seemed lopsided sitting on flat pavement.
measured it and yes the driver side is 1/2" lower than the passenger side??

is this more likely to be a saggy spring or a bad strut?

I will examin the frame etc for accident damage. Dont see this as off road damage as this was not used off road in any real sense yet.

I had a simular situation, you can see the reason in my thread "has this happened to you?"
If I wouldnt have found the broken part of the spring I would never have noticed it. The spring sits right and looks "almost" right
