By the way I did find a used one for about $100.  Think it might be worth it?

The throttleboddy is larger for the 2.5 than the 2.7 along with the injectors. I took the 2.7 put the 2.5 injectors, intake, throttlebody, and spark control module on it. This really livened up the 2.7. I am running a NOS 100 shot wet system so i brazed the EGR closed and hollowed the cats along with O2 simulators designed to run a little rich. Also The exhaust is free flow to ensure i dont risk blowing my motor again. I want to sell this setup to finish my V8 swap. Thanks Nick

Thats pretty cool Im going to be putting smaller tires on my truck in the next few weeks as i have not hit mud in over a year and do not have time. My goal is a 13.0. I have various mods with the 2.5 and going to be putting some Headers on next month. Ill post more info soon.

For the info of others. the 2.5 and the 2.7 are the same motors the only difference is the bore thats it and the different intakes. they both run mas air and map sensors. the 2.5 has them in the TB and the 2.7 the mass air is on the air box

What lowering springs you running
?

I have B+G lowering springs, Koni adjustable red dampners, and Energy suspension sway bar, End link, and rear 4 link bushings for cornering. Where do you live?

Im in canada . Im looking for the springs the the konis no luck

The 2.7 really livened up my Zuk! I was researching on some JDM vitaras and they refer it as the Suzuki big block swap. I guess its popular in Japan.  I am pulling low 13's with the 100HP NOS and the upgrades i have.  You mentioned your in Canada? I live in South Dakota. I am only 4 hours away from Canada. What part do you live in? Also I would need an address for you so i can get a dollar amount for shipping. Do you want the front diff, intake, throttlebody with sensors? Thanks ZUKIPRO

The front diff is sold.   I still have the upper intake with throttlebody, fuel rails with injectors, coil packs, alternator, starter, 4 head rests with open center grey, rear sliding trunk cover, owners manual, most of interior pieces, chrome SUZUKI badge, front and rear good condition shocks and struts.
