My front cross member rusted out on me so I got my new one the end of last week so today I start to rip the old one off when we hit a problem, the bolt and nut on the front bushing of the passengers side control arm wont budge we tried everything to get it off but nothing will work. So we put on the grinder and say the hell with it well just replace the nut and bolt.. after cutting both sides off and still not able to get it off we found out that the rest of the bolt is rusted in the sleeve of the bushing and now we cant get it out nor can we remove the bushing to replace it.. so I’m wondering if there is a tool or an easy way to get the bushing out of the control arm so it can be replaced, were trying to avoid removing the control arm as the tire rod looks like its ready to go but we don’t want to replace it just yet (planning on getting the Calmini kit) any one have any advise?
