What do you guys think about the chop. This is a photoshoped pic of my sidekick. I am thinking about cutting it and putting in a cage.  Ideas/ Opinons?

there was someone on here doing something similar. what you have shown is too short you need the roof to back a bit farther for head and seat room.
1991 4 door kick, 2" coil spacers, 30" Coopers, winch, locker, rust, dents, etc.

the seat doesn't really go past the b-pillar so i think there will be plenty of room.  I mean look at the 2-doors with a removable top, it's about the same.

Not really the same, 2 doors have longer doors and quite a wide b-pillar. So I think you'll be short of room too  ;)

Are you intending to block off the back to make it a pickup or leave it open?

what part of the country do oyu live in? are the elements a issue.  cool idea if ya welded the rear doors shut and just made the back a truck box.
definetly other things i would do first.
have ya already done a sas? or gearing, big tires,etc......

You must not have looked at the pic, that is my sidekick. If I do it i would use one of those sts roll bar curtains that they make for the sammi's
