I have a weber on my Zuki and have been having a few problems with it. I am wondering if any one knows the settings for tuning this thing. Looking for jetting numbers and the like, both for a 1.3 and a 1.6. It is on a 1.3 now but this spring I will be swapping in a 1.6.

I may have your answer. I just rejetted my weber. Here are some jet info. Primary Airbleeds 160 Secondary Airbleeds 170 Primary and Secondary Mains 140 Primary and Secondary Idie Jet 60. This should get you started. Work for me. Also make sure to open the exhaust. Free flow muffler and 2in pipe.

Lots of links to setup stuff (articles and Weber installation docs) at Ack's FAQ (see link in signature). Do a search for
weber
.
Hope this helps!

Sam, thanks, that is what I am looking for. I am guessing these numbers are for a 1.3? And the exhaust is already taken care of, from the header back.
Ack, your link is missing. That or I just can't find it.
