Does it gives you any lift?  If so how much?   Thanks,

No lift, strut spacers lower the operating range of the strut. In the stock configuration there is around 2" of unused travel. Lowering the strut allows all the travel to be used, a 2" spacer gives around 45% more travel. If you fit a lift without spacers or longer struts then the wheel will have little or no down travel - not good.
