Cool vids, just too bad about the shitty french music. (I'm french, so I'm allowed to say it!)

lol - the french/quebecois culture is pretty fun, some of the music is questionable but it's mostly just good fun.  i'm only half french so maybe that's why i get a kick out of it - who knows!  one thing for sure is they know how to build kickass giant vits!

No doubt that it's fun, and we actually have some very good french music. It's just that the particular musical choices of those vids were not part of the "good".

And Québecois women are fun fun fun!

Quebecois women kickass, always a good time~!  Where are you located in Quebec?  I do a lot of wheeling in the Ottawa area if you're not too far.

Nice! I live in Aylmer. I've not wheeled it yet, as it's my daily driver, and it's a little too nice to dent up

and most of my wheeling time in the summer is spent wheelying (sp?) this:

I'd love for someone to show me some easy trails around the area, just for fun. (something where I don't risk breaking parts)

chicks dig body damage!  lol.  mine is my dd also, i bought it new 2 yrs ago.  there is little trail where you can try it out right in aylmer.  if you are at the RMB on the highway heading west there is a dirt road on your right that goes down a ditch through the grass.  pretty safe in there.  i go in alone with 0 worries.  very short trail, sometimes has a bit of mud.  i'm able to stop in the mud in 2wd and get out though so just enough to get dirty.

you could also go to dywer hill and larose forest without having to worry about rocks and such.  just water, mud, and gravel pits.

did you buy that from belisle chev on montreal rd?  if you have a warranty that you are worried about they are very good, i wouldn't recommend any other dealer for service if you do as they have been really great to me.

a little spacer lift and some muds and that tracker will be all new when you go off road!  you should have been keeping a closer eye on the board, i was trying to give away my old 30inch muds.. they're gone now.

I did buy it from belisle, a friend works there and made sure I was getting a fair deal. No warranty to worry about thought, it was used. I didn't feel that my 2L, no ac, no power doodads, 5sp, base-model Tracker had enough (any) problem areas no be worth the 1600$ they wanted for the extended warranty.

Thanks for the tip about the RMB trail, I'll go check it out. You say that you can stop in the mud in 2wd and get out without probs, but you have 31 inch muds. Will my 225/60R16 street tires let me get through there in 4wd without getting stuck? I don't yet own any recovery gear.

you'll be fine in there, i'm sure it's pretty dry.  you will get through there in 4wd for sure!  it's not bad at all.  when you get in just follow the main trail, there are some rocks but you shouldn't bottom out anywhere, just put it in 4lo in take it slow so you don't bounce around and can stay off the clutch. keep following past the garbage/gravel pit and you will eventually find yourself under a power line, you'll make it to the end and back no problem!  if you wanted to go check out some trails and some cool trucks on sat there's the OVO twist n' shine that i may be checking out and a trail in carp i wanted to have a look at, not the rocky one if you've heard of it, you will bottom out in there!  i took a brand new toyota fj cruiser in there monday night, lots of banging.....  dunno much about the other trail off of it so i wanna check it out.

hey to the aylmer guy. I live in wakefield and just purchased a 2001 G.V. and am also looking for some fun trails to try. When you find some we should hook up for a ride.( I am a newbe and would hate to go alone and get stuck :)

Mr Plow, we should definately get out for some light wheeling.

Although for me, it'll probably have to wait till the fall, as I'll be on the motorcycle until then.
