All on my 95 Tracker Turbo:
Ujoints, several.
CV's a few
Struts ( OME ) 3 or 4
Calmini Coils , Front, collapsed, 4
Transfer case low range gear ( Calmini ) starved for oil, seized
crushed both rocker panels before making sliders
smashed fenders
a few front and rear wheel bearings
one rear axle
a few rims
1 alternator
radiator
bent tie rods and bent steering gear
bashed up skid plates, bent but not broken!
complete rear drum brakes, finally tossed em in favor of discs
rear door hinges, (tintop) skook em to pieces.
rear shock mount
The usual stuff, and 2nd generation Air to liquid intercooled TURBOCHARGER

How do you people manage to break so much stuff ???

I have a SJ413 narrow track, running 5.14:1 transfer with a 1,6 engine on 35" MTs

This is my list for the last 5 years:

2 leaf springs
3 U-joints
2 stock transfer case rubbers. (indian made crap, my stock -86 rubber mounts are still holding up)
3 shock absorbers (cheap ones)
1 rear wheel bearing
1 front wheel bearing, got mud in it and it locked up doing 60  :o

Not much really. I run hard stuff but I know the limitation of my rig and try not to push past that to often.

Still on stock axles, lockright in the rear.  Mostly mixed rocky forest terrain, mud with lots of rocks in it   Spring over, RUF, rear springs moved back 1,5". rear wheelwells enlarged 1" all way round. Front extensively cut (se pic) Bump stops set at 2" uptravel.

Front cut:

I broke a stock kick axle with 235/75/15 tires. To be fair it was pretty abused
