Well the bushing looking thing is a jonny joint.  So it's something that moves or holds something that moves.  Maybe a gaurd that mounts between the a-arms to shield the cv's.

OK, you are going to run dual coil over shocks and upper and lower control arms in the front, and this is the upper mount for the dual shocks... with a johhny joint between them..

I am about stumped here

OK, it's a lot smaller than I originally thought.. and it is an adapter to switch over from ball joints, to johnny joints for the lower spindle mount....

The small hole is for a sway bar link...

One of you is on the right trac but not close enough to win.  ;) I think we may have a winner soon. I dont blame anybody for being stumped cause Stan and I (Mostly Stan ;)) built it...   it doesnt look anything like what we thought it should! :P

Mike

Clue: Its a common part, just built differently than I have ever seen. ::)

The more I stare the tougher it gets...

It is

1) The right hand frame mounted upper support for the coil over shock/strut units you were threatening us with

2) Steering box mount to meet the geometery you were talking about, again frame mounted.
