Hello from Five Star Suzuki
« on: February 24, 2005, 07:35:51 AM »
I just wanted to get acquainted here and let everyone know who I am.
My name is Ellen Dunsmore, and I'm a certified Suzuki sales consultant at Five Star Suzuki in State College, PA. I've been working for the dealership for almost 2 years now, and I'd love to be able to help you guys out with anything I can, whether it be sales, service, or parts.

You can see our current inventory on my website at
http://www.ellenatfivestarsuzuki.com

What you don't see on my website is a 1984 SJ with 32,000 miles and a 1994 Samurai with 50,000 miles (dark blue and black two-tone with both tops) that are in our showroom. Both are for sale, have to talk to the owner about prices though.

We have a full service and parts department as well, so any questions I can answer or find the answer to I will.

Hope to hear from some of you guys soon, give me a call at the dealership, email, or just stop in if you're in the area!

Welcome to Zukiword :) That's a very nice offer Ellen, how is the reliability of the new Reno? I like the styling but it's heritage makes me a little nervous.

Hey Ellen,

Welcome to Zukiworld  :) It's nice to see some dealers actually care for their customers  ;) It's a great offer you do and a very nice page you built.
Have a look around and see what we do with our cars we use them for what they were built for  ;D
Have fun here and Welcome again

Thanks for the kind words...I've been on this page several time, actually I was on last week looking for an original picture to put on the background of my business card...if anyone has a good picture (I'm sick of the standard suzuki symbol and the 3 SUV's and the Aerio) send it to me. I want to do something different and I figured this is as different as it gets for Suzukis...

As for the Reno, it's basically a hatchback version of the Forenza sedan. I sold a huge number of Forenzas last year and have no complaints so far. It's the same engine and transmission, but the tranny linkage is a little different. The options are basically the same among the 3 trim levels. It's a nice little car with a new look for us, it's working so far.

I know there's hesitation because of the Daewoo connection, but something that people have to understand is that Daewoo did not make a bad car. They were great cars and good prices. The problem was the dealer networking of Daewoo. They just didn't have the number of dealerships and promotion needed to build a successful franchise. The cars themselves had no problems, and now that GM and Suzuki are manufacturing the Verona, Forenza, and Reno there are no problems finding parts. Suzuki isn't going anywhere, so have no fear!
