venting engine!
« on: March 27, 2005, 02:45:37 AM »
I have put a toyota carb on my 1.3 and i would like to know what to do with the engine breather line that used to go  to my air filter canister? I plugged it and ended up with some pressure and then some blow by from ??? any ways leaving it open just sends fumes into the cab and i have no line on the carb for it or on my air filter. any help would be appreciated.

I got one of those little ricer air filters and put it on the end. You could also use a fuel filter of correct size.

drill a hole on the air cleaner assy and attach a fitting so that the fumes from the crankcase will be sucked in through the carb.  you can find something in your local junkyard that'll work
