Any thoughts on a Suzuki Aerio?
« on: April 24, 2006, 04:26:09 PM »
I was looking at a Suzuki Aerio today that I liked.   Im kinda looking for a commuter type vehicle for better gas mileage and to get around in.   My Tracker is my baby and I want to store it winters coming up, plus its not the best on gas.   Its trade in value is not worth it to get rid of...... no value would be.   I like the Aerio cus of its power and it reminded me of driving my car quite a bit.   Any thoughts, anyone?

I've taken one fore a test drive.  Good power.  Comfortalble.  Easy to drive and a lot of storage space in the SX (wagon).  Ended up w/ a Focus, but the Mrs. & I still talk about how nice the Aerio was.  You could probably find a good used one w/ Suzuki's sweet fully transferrable warranty.

You could also look for an Esteem or esteem wagon. These were the predecessor to the aerio and aerio sx. the esteem came with the same 16 valve as the kick. I like suzukis commuter cars because they are just as good as a honda civic or toyota corolla(better than the corolla ;D), but they arent as known so they depreciate really fast so you can pick one up for a really good price with not too many miles ;D. The only down side would be if you had to sell it, you would probably take more of a loss than with a honda or something.
