I finished my last series of mod's last weekend.
My X-90 was lifted 2" with the Calmini 2" suspension lift, wheels spaced out 1.5 with spacers from Trail Tough and some new tires.( I had to give my daily driver a better look)
My 89 Kick received the following;
'97 12 bolt rear axle with 5.83's(Calmini), Power Trax Locker(Calmini), Hagen axle rotation and the rs9000 shocks will be mounted this weekend.
The front received a Calmini Anvil with an XL-7 housing (from Eric), 5.83's(Calmini), sami carrier(Hawk) and a Detroit locker(Hawk).
Steve, Chris and David (from Calmini) were awesome in helping me round up everything I needed and putting up with all of my questions.
I wanted to thank the guys at Calmini, Mike Hagen, Eric and Yankee Tim for all of their info, parts etc. in helping me get the Kick project completed. If it wasn't for all of them (and this message board) I would of never got it done.
I'm heading to Tellico to test her out next Wednesday. Slick-Rock got the best of my stock (locked) front end last trip, so I'm heading back to kick it's #|removethispart|@$%
For any of the Newbie's that are wondering how to acheive a project that seems impossible, just ask lots of questions. I knew what I wanted, but did not have a clue on what I needed to get it done, and between the people on this board and all of the vendors I mentioned, they gave me all of the info I needed to get it done.
Thanks Again for all of the help
Zig
