FWIW Think about the 2.0l Suzuki L-4- Easier to install (bolts to trans)- Tons lighter (75lbs is alot in a 2000lb vehicle)- 127-135hp stock....let alone playing with it. I would almost bet that a 2.0L would out do the 4.0L Ford (lighter, getting only 15-20hp less) based on power to weight.Zag
I won't argue that torque is what you need off road, but the lighter weight and good t/c gears are goona get you the best balance of worlds....- Easier swap- Similar power- Less weight- All SuzukiZag
the v6 has that nice sound.
