On my 84 sj410, I had a mechanic pull the tranny because 2nd gear would pop out of gear if you did hold the gear shift.  He replaced a bearing.  Now it seems the suzuki can only be placed in 4wd, not 2wd.  It worked perfectly before he touched the tranny.  He says since its a divorced tranny and transfer case, he didn't touch the transfer case, it's not his problem.  What are your thoughts?
