I recently pulled the pump off my 1.6 tracker engine and replaced the shaft seal. I also moved the pump above the steering rod for clearance. Now that it is back on there is hardly any assistance now. (hard to turn). I ran it about an hour thinking it would bleed the air out. Is there something else I can do. I am going to do the PS upgrade washer and hole drill mod tomorrow. Any more help would be great.
