Anyone know where you can get these bushings at? Anytime you try to take a bolt out it is always frozen in the bushing. Conplete arms are $87.00  was hoping for something cheaper.

You can also pop out the stockie inserts and use urethane inserts, you will need to piece together the components from individual ES components.

Those are for the front arms. I need them for the rear arms.

What exactly are we talking about here?  The upper rear control arm bushings?  RockAuto shows them at $9.73.

I assumed because he was saying rear arms(plural) he meant the rear lower arms(links)

That was originally my assumption two, but when I went to Rockauto, I realised that there's only one rear control arm, and two training links - hence the question - what exactly is it he needs?  I did notice that Rockauto had the complete rear arm for roughly the same price he mentioned.

I am looking for what some of you are discribing as the rear trailing arm bushings. Now what many seem to think are being discribed as the rear bushing is actually for the rear of the front controll arm. The bushings on the front control are different sizes frt to rear. If some can tell me what poly bushings would fit  the rear lower trailing arms I would be happy to use them. They are not the same size as the Calmini trailing arm bushings.

I don't know that I would use poly in the rear links - you need to have some flex in those bushes.

Poly is fine when the movement is in a single plane (like the front control arm bushes), the rear links on the other hand, move in a single plane only if both wheels move together - if one wheel moves more than the other (as is normal) the rear link bushes will rotate around the center bolt and also twist.  Poly, because of it's nature, will resist this twist and limit flex.

Going with normal poly inserts should be fine for the chassis end of the trailing arm, you dont want much flex at this location(or the least amount possible) the axle end requires the flex joint. They do have poly inserts that allow for some flex as they have a cone shaped ends just like the stock rubber inserts.

With the AE4.5" lift kit they use standard poly inserts on the chassis end and large Creeper joints on the axle end, plenty of flex.
