i ran a 5" c channel across the front and notched out for pulleys and radiator hose. this attaches in 6 places along the frame so its sturdy

i ran 2" c channel 3/16" thick for my winch base and all support brackets. strong but lighter than a plate.

Thanks T-Racer... I wasn't sure bout the pump. I know this is very do-able and once completed it would make more sense than having the radiator stuck out front asking to be damaged. It would make the Sammi look right too.
With a lil research on rear mounted radiator systems I think Flanny could get all of the rite answers and continue making his a Super Sammi....
